Shipping policy
We ;provide a free delivery service to GB customers*. We also endeavour to provide this as a next working day delivery service for orders placed by 12:00pm on a working day Monday to Thursday, any orders placed on a Friday will be for Monday delivery. However, during busy periods of high demand this may take up to 3-5 working days.
From time to time we may ;use alternative carriers when required. On these occasions delivery times may vary and tracked order information may not be available as standard.
*GB refers to customers in Great Britain with delivery addresses in England, mainland Scotland or Wales. Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands are a 2-day service. For Northern Ireland and the EU please see below delivery details.
Standard rate VAT (20%) is applicable to and included in the delivery charges for customers in GB and Northern Ireland. For customers in the Republic of Ireland and the EU please see important notice below:
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS in Ireland and the EU
If you are ordering from Northern Ireland, ROI and the EU, there is now a requirement to complete customs documentation and declarations. This will be completed on your behalf by the courier and, during busy periods, may mean that your delivery could be delayed. The costs relating to this have increased, unfortunately we have had to reflect these charges in our delivery costs.
For ROI and EU Customers, it is now necessary for the courier to collect import VAT applicable to your country. Here, you will receive a text and /or email from the courier DPD, making reference to Ferndale Pharmaceuticals Ltd, requesting payment of the VAT, the courier will also apply an administration fee for collecting the VAT. This needs to be paid before delivery can be made. Your text and/or email will include a link where you can view the specific amount of VAT and fees payable by your country of residence and include a secure payment link online. Once this payment has been made your order will be released and you will receive a text and /or email advising of your delivery date and time.
